William C. Edmunds focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions. Bill has handled numerous complex transactions during his approximately 30 years with the Firm, including purchases and sales of businesses of all sizes from a variety of industries, including automotive suppliers. Bill has also represented clients in the sale, purchase, refinancing, and leasing of developed and undeveloped real estate, including commercial, office and multi-family residential projects.

Consistent with the Firm's philosophy of providing "big firm" service in a small firm setting, Bill takes pride in providing our clients with high quality service that matches or exceeds the quality of service provided by the large national and regional firms that often represent the other parties in the transactions in which Bill is involved.
