Robert M. Carson combines a long experience base in business transactions, with concentrations in real estate, land use, finance and entity creation, operation, acquisitions, dispositions and governance, with a recognized expertise and history of results in complex litigation. Mr. Carson represents business interests in Michigan, other parts of the United States and in certain other countries. Mr. Carson is one of the founding members of the firm and is the firm's managing partner.
