Nance's primary focus is on bankruptcy reorganization, corporate restructuring, and commercial litigation. Nance has dealt with a variety of issues involving the automotive industry, including refinancing, representation of troubled suppliers, and related commercial issues. While in her final semester at Wayne State University Law School, Nance had the privilege of interning for Michigan Supreme Court Justice Marilyn Kelly.
