Kyla K. Stepp graduated from Georgetown Law School in 2004 and returned to Michigan to practice law. Her primary focus is on bankruptcy reorganization, corporate law and commercial litigation. She has worked on numerous complex commercial cases and bankruptcy cases, including auto supplier Collins & Aikman’s Chapter 11. Kyla has significant experience with the myriad of issues arising within the automotive industry, including representation of troubled suppliers, refinancing and other commercial issues, and litigation matters.
