Karen Safran is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial, business tort, corporate dispute and land use litigation. Karen received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1991 and her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the Wayne State University Law School in 1994, where she participated in the Moot Court program and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts. Karen is a member of the Civil Procedure and Courts Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and is an Oakland County Circuit Court Case Evaluator (Complex Commercial Neutral). Karen is also active in the Oakland County Bar Association, where she sits on the Circuit Court Committee and is also a Barrister in the Oakland County chapter of the American Inns of Court.
