Jeff's practice encompasses all areas of business, corporate and real estate, with a concentration in sales, dispositions, real estate development and zoning and land use. With respect to real estate, Jeff represents local and national owners, developers, and users in all aspects of real estate transactions involving office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and multifamily residential projects, including the acquisition, financing and zoning of property, both improved and unimproved, through its ultimate leasing or disposition. He also has counseled business enterprises, investors and entrepreneurs in the development and implementation of long-term business, financial, and planning goals.
