Jeffrey B. Miller graduated from Emory University School of Law, where he was recognized for his achievements in oral advocacy, including oral argument and moot court competitions. His legal practice emphasizes on commercial and complex litigation. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, he has successfully litigated cases in numerous courts throughout the state of Michigan and argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals. His real estate litigation experience includes zoning disputes, takings and constitutional deprivations, condemnation, and disputes relating to purchase agreements and land contracts. He also has experience in motor carrier regulation, disputes relating to the brokerage and carriage of freight, and is a former member of the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Transportation Club of Detroit. With a strong interest in real estate, Jeffrey has a real estate salesperson's license from the state of Michigan. Jeffrey represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of general commercial litigation as well, including, contract, misrepresentation, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, covenants not to compete, collections, and other types of cases.
