A large portion of his practice is devoted to representing clients before various state, county and local governmental agencies for the development, planning, zoning and use of real property. In his business practice, Greg counsels clients in business entity formation, contracts and general corporate governance. His business practice includes the purchase, sale and finance of company assets and ownership interests.
