Christopher A. Grosman is an attorney in the Firm's Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Reorganization practice group.

Chris focuses his practice on bankruptcy, out of court workouts and restructurings, and creditors' rights. He represents debtors, creditors' committees and individual creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts and other commercial matters. His experience includes representing clients in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including asset sales, executory contracts and unexpired leases, stay issues, Chapter 11 plans, post-petition financing and use of cash collateral, and prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings. His clients have included automotive suppliers, real estate developers, retail companies, hotels and restaurants, appliance and electronics retailers and suppliers, airline companies and delivery services, single asset real estate companies, and manufacturing companies.
